Hello Pema,
I don't know how long you have had your laptop but if you look through this forum, you will notice a good number of problems similar to yours with DELL laptops.
It looks as if there is manufacturer's fault for which there should be a recall but there is not.
I suggest you contact Dell and explain you problem and insist even if your warranty is over. You can refer them to this forum.
