Cannot access CD/DVD Drive D: Closed

Question

Hello, 

I used to be able to use my CD writer on laptop, but tried last night and cannot use come sup with D:/ drive not accesible, cannot open DVD's CD's and obviously cannot write to them.  Not a problem inpast. not sure if connection lost,  I have Windows Xip, and Toshiba laptop, pleas help.

I had the same problem and fixed it yery quick, all you have to do is use your system restore.  It worked for me.  click start then helth and support then
 undo changes.  Then go back in time befor the problem started.
