To install Flash Player on iPhone/iPod touch/iPad you have to Jailbreak:
There is an app available on Cydia called "Frash." Frash enables you to render flash content and YouTube (Frash still has minor defects). To get Frash follow this:
Download UltraSn0w, GreenPois0n.
-Go to www.ultrasn0w.com, www.greenpois0n.com
-Download either of them (GreenPois0n recommended)
-Connect iDevice and sync in iTunes
-Open UltraSn0w or GreenPois0n
-Follow the steps for JailBreaking
-When done wait for iDevice to boot up
-Find the App Cydia on home screen
-Go to search
-Type in Frash
-Download Frash
-Open up the "Frash Box" on home screen
-Follow the steps
-You have successfully JailBroke your iDevice and installed Frash Good Luck!
