I9 i china mobile problems Closed

Question

Hello, 
my phone is i9++i model. 
when the sims are inserted it shows emergency and there is no signal.
if anyone calls me it says phone is switched off. 
when i call to anybody it shows unable to connect.
my phone is not in flight mode. help me please.......

Have you tried the sim on another mobile or another sim on it?if not then try and give your feedback.

yes. i tried sims are working in another mobile.
