First of all, i dont understand why you'd want to do this.
have you tried looking at the folder properties on the server under security tab and removing all users but the administrator?
it should ask them for their password and they can use their domain accounts to log in.
i dont really think theres a way of doing it without creating new user accounts within active directory just for the purpose of allowing them to log in and adding only the new users to the security of the folders.
