Nokia 5130 inbox problem Solved/Closed

Hello..
in my nokia 5130 i am not able to recieve any messages.
if any one send any messege i am not recieving it...
i have changed my sim to other phone, at the time messages are recieving in that phone.
please help me....
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.16
