Hello,
You probably heard once that curiosity was a bad thing ;-)
Regarding your issue, I suggest you to re-open the RAM compartment, to remove the RAM again and and place them carefully in their compartment, you must have pins that are fastened into the slots (which are on the edges) of the ram, check that this is the case.
