Wireless problem

Hi, i have strange problem with my IBM ThinkPad T40...
First i was unable to solve the problem with drivers, downloaded from LENOVO, but later i figure it out, but now...
I can't run Wireless Connection, because in my bios they are switched off, and bios dont allow me to turn it on! WTF? I tryed all, but it's still forbiden to turn Wireless adaprot ON... Any ideas about this?

have you tryed to go to the motherboard mfg site and upgrade your bios drivers and reset your cmos this should fix your problem i had teh same problem and this fixed it for me good luck matt

My BIOS is latest... And btw, it dont allow me to reset setting to default...
