No output by monitor and keyboard while

Hello,

my CPU is running correctly, fan is on but no output is shown by the monitor. i have unplugged the CD-ROM, it worked but after i shut down my system and started it after a while i experienced the same problem.. i removed RAM from slot and put it in other slot it also didn't worked. if anybody have answer plz reply
