Hello,

using the computer yesterday, we think something in the keyboard has been pressed, so we are trying to type on a keyboard, but unfortunately its not typing well, for example if we press 'n' nothing will be written but if we press 'm' both the letters 'm,n' will appear, also about numeric if we pressed a number it will appear as pressing the shift key continuously, and writing this letter i couldn't use they computer keyboard , am using the 'on-screen keyboard'
we were hoping for help from your side!

Thank you

Keyboards break. This sounds like you need a replacement keyboard. Ebay is the place to go for inexpensive replacements. You will also need to search for instructions on which screws need to be removed. Please don't try this without these instructions.

Good Luck
