Laptop malfunctio

Hello,
my laptop mkes a ticings bd it seam tobe associted with pontaneous typing of perrenhsis . isis vey annying. Also when i boot it up it tells me mass stoage controler driver needs installing. So I seam to have 2 problems.

so far I have [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[defragged and virus scaned and cleaned it and surf the net to access drivers and nothingworks, I pull out electrical plug[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ using the battery and stillthis crap sappears. I woud deeply apreciate any guidnce. Thanks
