Don't have browser

Hello,I bought a router and a wireless adpter for my second computer at home the signal strenght is great, however I can't et in the internet in the second computer. The wireless adapter is install and everything is running right but It's telling me that they can't find a browser I have opera and mozilla??? and none of them is working. Please help.......
