The Network is already configured?
If yes. Just select the folder you want to share and Right Click on it.
Select Sharing & Security, A window will open, it will first inform you about the risks you have when sharing folders,
click on the following { I understand.....}
Click on the checkbox to enable the sharing. if you want the other user to be able to modify the contents of your shared folder, click on the checkbox below the first one. then click on Apply and finally on OK.
Click on My Network Places icon found on your desktop. Then on my NETWORK NEIGHBORHOOD on the left pane. of the Window. You'll see the 2 PCs you have networked at your place. Then select the one on which you have shared the folders. When double-clicking on the respective computer name, you'll find the shared folders.
