If you have a desktop computer you need to:
1. unplug the power cable
2. open the case
3. search for the button battery on the motherboard
4. remove the battery and replace it after 30 sec
the power-on password should be deleted.
Note: Someone had access to your computer and set the password to cause you problems. Don't trust your "friends".
