Hotmail account blocked

Hello,

please help unblock my hotmail account - went to sign in today and its saying its blocked? have followed all the steps, but I cant get any further. It gives me the option of putting in another email address, but then doesnt let me type it in??? I have so many emails and contacts on there, I need to access it. Please please please help

i have been having a serious problem with my hotmail account. for the past two to three days, i realize i cannot login. each time i tried tit is showing me that my hotmail account is blocked.
how do i gain access to my mail... i am a business person and i have a need to access my mails regularly what do i do ... please tell me .. i need help right now.
