No hard drive detected

Hello,
i am pradeep . my question is ,my laptop is restart again and again and don't loading window or restart again.i am trying to install new window but laptop show on screen ,"did not found any hard -drive on your computer."
so please help me sir.

Hi Pradeep,

I'm afraid your hard drive is crashed, in this case, the only solution is to buy another one.
