Cannot sign in msn

Hello,

I know my password but msn is not allowing me to sign in. I've reported the problem and am not getting any response. I tried to get the single time use code but I haven't been sent one. Please advise. Would much prefer to talk to a LIVE PERSON.

are you using msn messenger or windows live messenger. msn messenger is the older version of windows live messenger.
