Hi,
Regarding your system recovery CD/DVD or Image, the only thing you can do is to contact Dell for claiming restoration disc but it's not free, you have to pay for getting it.
In another part, I don't know if you would like to recover your laptop to it factory settings, if yes you can use the hidden recovery partition of your disc to do that. Refer to the FAQ below for more information:
