Laptop restart issue

Hello,

I have a Acer Aspire one d250 notebook pc.

1)How can I set timeout for the ACER logo "Empowering People "staying on initial boot which stays on screen for more than 2 mint which caused to delay in start up??????

2)My laptop automatically restarts again and again bt no certain time interval
what can i do to fixed this problem????

I had format my laptop but still the problem of restart is exist.????

Is this a virus problem?????

Plz help I m in a big trouble..
