Hello,
i am unable to figure out how to type @ in the emachine laptop which is new. of course i am using a different laptop now if you wonder how i managed to type it. Please help me, is for my sister and i can't get there as she lives in italy and she has tried everything :((

I suspect you have a problem with keyboard language. It could be the keyboard doesn't match the installed language. Did she buy it in another country and then change the display language?
