Problem with format file system Fat32 linux

Hello,

My name is heng I am a studen in CIST and study IT skill, now i had problem with my work. i want to format file system Fat32 but i cannot do it. but i can format file system ext2,3 swap ......exccep fat32
Please help . Thank u for ur answer

Are you using Linux or Windows XP as operating system?
