After recovery i cant see my photos Closed

Question

Hello, we just formatted the hard drive,reinstall the windows then i bought recover my files 
they gave an activation code and i found all my lost pictures videos and folders.
i save my files on E: first then to my computer but i couldnt see my pictures or videos
it says doesnt support the files.I dont know what to do now,please help meee
