Retrieve music on Ipod Closed

Question

Hello,  

Okay so i re-booted my computer and my songs on my itunes erased  & i still have my songs on my iPod . I cant add songs on to my new itunes , but i dont have an itunes account . And i dont want to buy all the songs . Any suggestions ?  

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 533.21.1
