My system restarts again n again...

hello,
Im using win xp and my motherbord is intel p4,when i open my computer it starts and it shows 1st page and second page(black n white info page) then it restarts n then the same process is is done again n again i cant see even loading of xp what should i do now i checked all wires n they r seated correctly please help me..

i had a similar problem with my clevo laptop and i installed a fresh copy of windows xp and it works fine now might worjk for you goodluck .brian..

It's probably a hardware problem with the memory or the motherboard.
I would first remove the memory (first unplug the PC) and try to boot. If you get a series of beeps - it is possible one of your memory cards is bad. Try to boot with one one card. The next step is at the repair shop.
