Greetings,

Try this:

1. Take out the battery.

2. Plug in the cable charger.

3. Restart the laptop by pressing the start button while holding it for 60 seconds to 2 minutes.

4. It should start, then you can put the battery back in.

Good luck

Hello Bionik,
Thanks for your help and i really appreciate it. i did what you said but it did not work unfortunately.
The start button lights up but the screen remains black. Anyway i don't know what else to do.
You are very kind and i wish you a very happy day.
God bless you and take care.

Salut Fifi,

Merci beaucoup!

Essayons ceci:

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep

tapping the F8 key)

2) Select "Safe Mode"

3) Go to Control Panel -> Backup and Restore -> Recover system settings or your computer -> Open System Restore -> follow the wizard to restore the system to the state before the issue occurred

Bonne Journée ;-)
