Forgot windows xp password

Hello,
i have forgotten my windows xp password, ive tryed the f8 trick and when in safe mode, they don't seem to work is there any other way,?
i have one user on the system.
and loads in the old way not the welcome screen way.
please help havent used my p.c for a year now :)

We are terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can't prove to anybody on this forum that you are the real owner.
