Try this 1
May be there is a problem with the add-ons.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type firefox -safe-mode and press Enter.
(Note: If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then
Click on Start --> In search box, type firefox -safe-mode and press Enter)
When "Firefox Safe Mode" dialog box opens, select the option "Disable all
add-ons" and click on "Make Changes and Restart" button.
