Can't open the browser but there is internet

Hello,

Yesterday i installed Norton Anti-virus and today my i got some issues: i can't open my browser (my internet connection is perfect and the other PC is working perfectly!!!!! I thought maybe the problem is from Norton? NOT SURE......

Anyhow, i uninstalled firefox and reinstalled back - nothing; and since 1 week i am getting the Runtime error ...... PLEASE HELP URGENTLY :'( !

Hello,

Try this 1

May be there is a problem with the add-ons.

Click on Start --> Run --> Type firefox -safe-mode and press Enter.

(Note: If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then

Click on Start --> In search box, type firefox -safe-mode and press Enter)

When "Firefox Safe Mode" dialog box opens, select the option "Disable all

add-ons" and click on "Make Changes and Restart" button.
