Hello,
I purchase a WD Elements drive and everytime i connect it to my computer, it give me a message to format the drive. It also states that if i continue the formatting, all information in the drive will be erased. I have some important documents and pictures on the drive. How can I solve this problem without erasing the content of my drive. Please advice.

I think u'll first need to recover your data with recovery software. U can try this..

After recovering the files u can reformat your hard disk.
***Recovery software won't recover 100% of your data. I don't know if there is any other way
