Hello,
Try this 1
Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try
another slot.
If you are using graphic card then remove it and place it back properly.

Try this 1
Reset the CMOS settings.
Turn off your PC --> Remove the power cord --> Open the cabinet --> Remove the CMOS battery for 20mins. After the specific time, place the CMOS battery back properly ---> Connect the power cord --> Now Turn ON your PC.
After getting the display --> Go to BIOS --> Load default settings --> Set your first boot device as hard disk --> Save the settings and exit from BIOS.

Try this 1
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions given in "Hardware Reset"
https://ccm.net/faq/1192-lost-bios-password-resetting-the-bios
2) Make sure your monitor's VGA cable is connected properly.
3) If possible try connecting another monitor and check if you are able to get the display without any problem.
4) Check your RAM.
