Hello,
Frnds my frnd has sony VPCEB44EN notebook which had preinstalled win 7 home basic but he format the system and install the win 7 ultimate. Now everything working very nice but when he try to turn on the blutooh it doesn't turn on and not giving any type of error message. So now how to overcome on thiis problem to fix it.

Try this 1
After installation of the OS you need to install the compatible drivers.
Click on the below link and download the drivers for your laptop
https://www.sony.co.in/electronics/support/laptop-pc-vpc-series/vpceb44en
Click on "Downloads" --> Select your OS --> In "Filter files by type:" select "OS
Upgrade / Downgrade" --> Check the check box to accept the terms &
Conditions.
[Note: You can also find the installation instructions under "File Description"
when you click on the driver's name.]

Try this 1
You need to install the basic drivers and utilities for the Function (Fn) Keys to work properly. Download the below files from the above given link.
1) Setting Utility Series
2) Sony Shared Library
3) VAIO Event Service
4) VAIO Control Center
5) VAIO Power Management
You need to follow the above given order for installation.
You may need to reboot your laptop after completion of installation.
