Unable to format 16gb pen drive Closed

Question

Hi guys,  
I have recently bought a 16gb pen drive which I am unable to format. I have tried all means to format it. In cmd prompt, using the disk management utility and also tried to format it in linux. If any body got a solution, please help me, I really appreciate for any help

Did you use a format tool like hp disk format tool? It's available for download on link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/

Plug your pendrive into your computer and let it detect it and format after detection
