Transfering pics to dell desktop...help!

Hello,
i am trying to transfer my pics to my desktop. my camera is a sony cybershot with a 1gb sony pro duo memory card. my desktop is a dell optiplex 745. i have done this kind of thing on other desktops before, but this one is new. i can't seem to find where the memory card goes. i can't find a slot for it. if anyone knows about this particular model please share. any help would be appreciated!

You will need to buy a USB memory stick adapter. That's a "Business Class" computer and Dell doesn't include a camera interface in this type computer.
