hello if you have recently upgraded your OS or you have formatted your computer, then you have somehow also erased the drivers for your sound card. First of all, find out which sound card you are using ; Go on My Computer icon, right click on it and choose Device Manager. When done, you can now locate the sound card and note down the sound card reference. When donw, browse for the driver from the list located on the website http://rapidlibrary.com/ by precising that it is a driver in your search.
