Need to reset Satellite to factory, Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 

I need to restore my 5-6 year old satellite, and can get through the program until it asks for my password, which I don't remember. I want to let my son use the laptop, and wondered if there is a way to bypass the password?

We are terribly sorry but Kioskea cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can't prove to anybody on this forum that you are the real owner.
