Hotmail Account Unblock

Dear Sir,
My hotmail account is blocked but i'm not send any spam or junk mails to anyone. it's automaticaly generated mails and sending which id's in my contacts, many friends told me and i changed my password also after that stoped. But now i don't know what hapend my account is blocked, i changed reset password also but it's not working, there is very very important mails in my inbox. so please kindly guid me how i unblock my account.
