screen turns black Closed

Question

Hello, When I try to install something the screen turns black. I found out that if I Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, it removes black screen but does not install it. Please help! 

For the record I run Windows Vista 64 Bit+ Acer.

Greetings,  

Follow this simple instruction.  

Just hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete then kill the explorer.exe process then run explorer.exe again as a new task.
