Not reading software?
Are you logged in with an Administrator enabled account?
Are you trying to install the factory CD? (If so and its not auto launching, open MY COMPUTER, and Double Click your CDROM drive where the software is located, this should launch it)
Did you go to https://www8.hp.com/fr/fr/home.html and download the current software from the site? (usually located under SUPPORT or DOWNLOADS)
