I have a problem with protected memory card.

Hello,
i have a micro SD card for my phone 3110c NOKIA and its password protected and i forgot password i cant open it from my phone or from my computer. My computer wont recognize it because its password protected. I have tried to many other phones for open it but its not opening it shows (enter password) then i have tried to formate it but as the same (enter password) and tell me where will i find C:\system on my 6300 phone so any1 PLEASE HELP ME...!!
