My Hotmail ID Blocked

Dear Sir/Madam,

My hotmail ID symustafa@hotmail.com all of the sudden blocked, for unblocking steps which hotmail site is giving me its use less for me as alternate email id symustafa@agilitylogistics.com which I provided at the time of create my hotmail account, currently I do not have excess of that email ID as I have left that company.

I request you to please advice me the easiest way to unblock my hotmail email ID.

Appreciate your prompt and positive reply in this anticipation.

Dear Syed,

It's impossible to change the alternate you gave, hence, you must open a new account. Your account is impossible to recover and there is no existing solution.

Sorry about that but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
