Ive been trying to open my accounts in many times but i cant open it, after i saw these characters it says to copy it, i tried two times until its was blocked. pls tell me what i will do, or can u open it. thanks

Clean your cache and all temporary files and wait 24 hours before you try to access your account.
In case of too many attempts with the wrong password, the account is blocked but may be released after 24 hours.
If you have forgotten your password follow the procedure below.
