Whenever I plug my memory card format error

I went into my pc and
right click my comp -manage-disk management
there it says my memory card is unallocated and whenever i try to format it wont work
it also gives data error (cyclic redundancy check)
help me out this mess please

Did you use a format tool like hp disk format tool? It's available for download on link below:
https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/

Plug your memory card into your computer and let it detect it then format the drive after detection.

See if you can open the memory card after that. Let me know if the problem is solved or not.
