Need help to get back FB account

Please guide me as i m unable to view my account i able to login but after that i m seeing following msg i put computer name n continue but it shows same screen

Hello Riya,

Are you attempting to connect to your account:

1. A new computer ?
2. From a location other than the one from where you open the account ?
3. Have you changed anything on your computer since the last time you connected?

Try cleaning your cache as well as all your temporary files and try connecting again.
