I'll tell you clearly that if someone mail account has been hacked then there is a way to access the account again, but the procedure is complicated and non technical person would not able to understand the procedure completely. (ITS EPIC) anyway..
If you want to retrieve your account back then its waste of time.. coz hacked account has possibilities to be hacked again.
My suggestion is dont try to use your mail id again..
