Startup problem in acer laptop

Hello,
my name is vikas paliwal
i have a problem in my acer laptop.
the laptop model no. is aspire 4715z.
problem is when i start the laptop , it cant work properly
its start again n again , when i boot window xp , the msg i saw on the screen
is , window can not find hard disk. so plz provide me proper solution .

Greetings,

Go to the BIOS --> Make sure hard disk is detected in the BIOS -- > Set your first boot device as "Hard disk" --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.
