Go to the link below:
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/
Enter your model number, you should be redirected to another hp site. Select your operating system and expand "Driver Keybord, Mouse and input devices" then click on "HP Quick Launch Buttons" to download it. Install it and see if the issue still exist.
