Replacing a laptop CPU

Hello,

I have dv7-3110ss laptop and want to replace my AMD Turion II (2 cores, 64 bits, 2.3GHz) CPU by an i3, i5 or an i7 processor. Is that possible? If so, what CPU do you recommend for me?

You can't replace a AMD processor with an Intel processor. They are not compatible. In general CPU's are not something you change on a laptop.
