Black screen problem after a blue screen

Hello,
I have an hp hdx16 i was using the laptop when suddenly a blue screen appeared after which my laptop restarted. At this time i went somewhere as i thought the restart would take time when i returned i saw a vague w on my laptop then i did a hard reset and after the hp logo a message appeared with words filesytem checksum error ( i cannot exactly recall the error) after which i agin rebooted and now i am getting the black screen i hve tried the 30-60 power button hold with the removal of the battery and power nothing seems to work. Please help
