I have had the overheating problems that is common with this computer, but solved that with multiple fans. The problem that I have now is that the computer will act like its going to boot, going through the dvd drive then the muliple hard drive, but wont start up the operating system.
1. Son was down loading free software and after that the computer would not boot.
2. Wiped the hard drive and reloaded everything, worked great for about 4 days. Then wouldn't boot
3. Put a new hard in, reloaded everthing. Worked for about 2 weeks, then would not boot.
Its been a great computer, if anybody knows how to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
Change the bios battery,clean ram and video card with some alcohol on a piece of cloth then remove processor clean this one also with alcohol then add new thermal paste to surface and close. Try to power on now and give your feedback.
