Flash player is not working in IE8

Hello, hi everyone I just instaled ie8 and downloded flash plaer 10.3 it is not working as I read in the advises I enabled every thing security level was also on high - medium it isn't working pls pls pls help me.

Flash player is not working in IE8
Flash player download - Download - Other
Snapchat flash not working - Guide
Msi app player - Download - Android emulators
Flash drive/card tester - Download - Backup and recovery
Av player - Download - Video playback

use this uninstaller tool

reboot and try installing again
