                    Hello,  
Try this 1
Remove the USB cable.
Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60
seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later
put the battery back into the laptop.

                    Hello - this didn't fix the issue.
Do you think it might be a motherboard fault as it is not reaching the POST or BIOS

                    Maybe a motherbord issue. Will the fan run when you turn on your laptop?
